Summer 2013: WEEK 6

Grandma and Grandpa F were visiting for much of this week.  Can't believe summer is half-over already!!!

SUNDAY -- Church and Frisbee golf with Peter and friend Craig.  I went to Saturday Market with Aunt Jill.  No photos of them (blame Peter), but here are a couple of the Silver guy who hangs out at the Market.  He stands perfectly still for 30 minutes sometimes, and then randomly starts doing mime-like performances.  Oh, Portland.

Gettin' our juice cleanse on!

MONDAY -- Errands/house cleaning/bike riding/park time.  Just an "ordinary" day.  (No photos.)

TUESDAY-- Jeremiah had a friend over to play.  More house chores and errands.  Alayna came home!

WEDNESDAY-- Downtown, the Rose Garden, and an afternoon of reading, piano, and board games.

Heaven definitely has a Powell's: A 3-Story SQ. FT. BOOKSTORE!

THURSDAY--Grandma F's birthday!  We went to Fort Vancouver, then explored the Edgefield grounds, and even squeezed in an evening hike through Mt. Tabor.

Breakfast as one of our faves!

FRIDAY-- I wasn't feeling well at all today.  Very mellow day--playing outside, watching Punky Brewster, and playing with toys.  No photos.

SATURDAY -- We spent a good majority of the day helping our friends Luke and Kat move.  We spent the rest of the day being mellow (watching Punky Brewster) so that Peter could sleep after a record 21-hour shift (2-hour break in between 2 separate shifts).
