Jeremiah's Baptism! (And Our 12th Anniversary)

Recently, Jeremiah decided that he wanted to be a follower of Christ.  Our church holds an annual Baptism Festival, so we decided that it would be a good time for him to publicly declare his faith in Jesus.  It also just-so-happened to be on our 12th Anniversary.  Special day all around!

A new name for the Book of Life

So, Peter and I have been married for 1/3 of our lives.  We decided to celebrate by partaking in Happy Hour at Portland City Grill (AMAZING views!), a walk on the waterfront, and then dessert at Salt & Straw Ice Cream (delish!).  It was a wonderful end to a wonderful day.  (Thanks to Aunt Jill for taking the kids out to dinner and entertaining them so we could go out.)  Happy Anniversary to us!!!
