And so it is...

OH, I thought the day would never come. You know when you're young and naive you think you're invincible. And you think you have it all figured out. Ten years ago, if you had asked me if I'd be living in Arizona now, I would have laughed in your face. Everyone that knows me, knows I despise hot weather, and in fact, am quite elated by foggy, drizzly days (I don't like pour down rain, though--not all the time). If you would have asked me ten years ago if I would ever "convert" to Christianity and become the follower of Christ that I am, I think I might have peed my pants. But, yesterday something happened that tops them all--the kind of thing that would have given me that roll-on-the-floor, side-splitting, pee-in-your-pants laughter. I am now the proud (yes, I said proud!) owner of a slightly used minivan! Peter and I bit the bullet and bought a 2005 Toyota Sienna (LE). Its dope...yes, I said it...it's DOPE. Drives to L.A. are going to be a dream by comparison. They are even going to install a DVD system for us! We're ecstatic! And now, I've officially fulfilled the stay-at-home Mom addendum. And you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way! =)
